Upon entering the Covenstead, if person, or well, let's just say 'not quite a person' but something more, they would have found themselves drawn to this particular spot for some reason or another that they may or may not fathom. Those with keen senses when it came to magic and aether would in fact notice the house was not only on a confluence of leylines, but also that the leylines had been activated, charmed and warded.

The atmosphere shifts. The air is thick with the scent of sage, making the veil between the spirit world and the physical one seem to thin. It's as if the Covenstead itself is a living, breathing entity, with powerful aether pulsating through its walls.

The protections are numerous, and even those with the darkest of occultic origins would recognize the very old charm that signifies the nature of the place.

ㅤintroductionㅤ As you approach the Covenstead, a feeling of being drawn in takes hold of you. Something inside you senses the ancient magics and divination that permeate the area. The courtyard is enchanting, with a mystical bell ringing out onto the wind, as if calling for those in need of the coven's services.

Upon entering the Covenstead, if person, or well, let's just say 'not quite a person' but something more, they would have found themselves drawn to this particular spot for some reason or another that they may or may not fathom. Those with keen senses when it came to magic and aether would in fact notice the house was not only on a confluence of leylines, but also that the leylines had been activated, charmed and warded.

The atmosphere shifts. The air is thick with the scent of sage, making the veil between the spirit world and the physical one seem to thin. It's as if the Covenstead itself is a living, breathing entity, with powerful aether pulsating through its walls.

The protections are numerous, and even those with the darkest of occultic origins would recognize the very old charm that signifies the nature of the place.

The Highpriestess, the Oracle, the Empath, and the Muse are the guardians of this haven, their presence felt throughout the entire Covenstead. Within the walls, an impressive library awaits, filled with librams and books from all over Eorzea, including rare magics from tribal cultures.

A haven with multiple protections, it would seem. The blaring message it sent to anyone with said dark arts or occultic proclivities or origins would recognize it as a very old charm done to signify what the place was.

There is also a good deal of sage burning this particular evening, making the veil between the spirit world and this one a bit thinner than normal.

If you feel the call, follow the sound of the bell and discover the secrets that the Covenstead holds. Perhaps you should investigate and learn a bit more.
